Senile Delinquents


Remember this Monty Python sketch?

(It took heroic will power to not spend the next 8 hours looking up Lumberjacks, Parrots, Spam, Silly Walks or The Spanish Inquisition.)

Some communities are getting clever in managing the senile delinquents.
