A slang military term for any horrible time so early in the morning that actual hours and minutes cannot be expressed.

Benjamin Franklin was a liar.  I have a genetic predisposition to hate mornings and on those unfortunate days where early functioning is required, I have not been healthy, wealthy and wise.

My maternal line comes from the philosophy that tasks are better completed post 1 am. In our house, my dad built a large sewing closet on the wall opposite the master bedroom.  In the subsequent remodel, the sewing space was moved to an area farthest away from the master bedroom.

I got a D in school one time. By the last half of the year in High School, I had already scoped out the requirements for graduating with honors and fortunately for me, the final semester grade were not counted. My earliest class was art and I quickly decided that attendance was not necessary for any of my future life goals.

I must have some memory loss or cognitive inability.  In college I would occasionally take an earl morning class with the rationale that other people seem to survive functioning before dawn.  And after a few weeks, I remember who attempting production pre noon is a very bad idea.

From a recent Facebook post where someone asked what is the best word in the English language.  Per my siblings, that word would be "nap."

“On Monday mornings I am dedicated to the proposition that all men are created Jerks.” H. Allen Smith
