A Weekend Visit
At
a prior job, we occasionally did weekend hospice visits. On one particular weekend I was wearing a
ball cap when I made the rounds. The day
ended when I visited a particularly crabby patient who told me, “I can’t hear
you. You are wearing a hat.” Fair
enough.
