That whole cognition overriding maladaptive behavior? I think I missed out on some fundamental hard-wiring.

I'm in no shape to exercise.
I'd say I'm one chocolate chip cookie away from happiness.
More health tips: Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Get plenty of rest. And learn to duck.
Exercise is a dirty word. Every time I hear it I wash my mouth out with chocolate.
Does sighing heavily all day count as exercise?
I'm not lazy. I just really enjoy doing nothing.

Jogging is very beneficial. It’s good for your legs and your feet. It is also very good for the ground. It makes it feel useful.
