Generally speaking, I follow that Snoopy-ish, primordial drive: maximize caloric intake, minimize caloric output.

“Exercise is a dirty word. Every time I hear it I wash my mouth out with chocolate.”

Jogging is very beneficial.  It’s good for your legs and your feet. It is also very good for the ground. It makes it feel useful.”

“One moment, please... We interrupt our regular program to bring you this special bulletin: It's a nice day outside.”

“I was jumping rope. Everything was fine. And then suddenly everything seemed so futile.”

“More health tips: Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Get plenty of rest. And learn to duck.”
