Tardar Sauce and Music

Remember when you hit 12 to 13 years old, (before it was called “Tween”) and popular music was an emotionally transcendent experience? You bought 45s or 8 tracks or Cassettes and posters of the Beatles or David Cassidy or Big Hair Bands.  (See how I’m covering a range of dates?)

And then played the same damn song over and over and over? You know what I mean and don’t pretend you have no idea what I’m talking about!

Well, at my current age, when my Tween is buying MP3 files and posters of Justin Bieber and I’ve banned the Bieber CD from my car, I’ve become much more cynical.
