Driving in California

Part three of the “Review of Driving in Various Places I have Lived.” How many places could I have possibly lived, you are asking. Ah, wait and see!
From Utah, I moved to Oceanside California and drove down to San Diego almost every weekend. I had a big old Caddie. It was a boat. Unfortunately for me, San Diego, and especially the San Diego airport, had several combo “off-ramps then slide over four lanes of traffics to the turn lanes.”
It was my first experience driving in lots of traffic (before I moved to Virginia) and it would scare me so the Caddie’s horn got a work out.
I quickly discovered that the California locals did not have nice names for Utah drivers.
Also, as a little preview: they called the Arizona drivers “Arizonies.”
